Adequate Concepts of Leadership.

Out of a perspective that acknowledges a certain uniqueness of Art-Organisations and Universities, questions concerning adequate leadership- and organisational-concepts and -methods arise. There are unique similarities between doing art and doing research. Both target a higher aim, work with raw materials different to that regular businesses do, are critical about forms of experience and are engaged in extraordinary productions for a special kind of audience. Authenticity, improvisation, experts in organisations and the production of criticism can be found as crucial?
